Since the summer after my freshman year of high school, I’ve provided dog-walking, boarding, and house sitting services to neighbors in my small town. It’s something I’ve really enjoyed, so I’ve decided to carry that passion with me into college. I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs, from energetic puppies to seniors, and I’ve had dogs my entire life, which has given me a lot of experience and confidence in caring for them! My dog, Ivy, has a chronic illness, so I am well versed with medication administration or special requests. I am currently an undergrad nursing student at UofM, so I know a thing or two about medication from that as well. You couldn't find ANYONE better to walk or care for your dog than Sophie. She really knows dogs well! She connected beautifully with our dog Charlie when he was a puppy and he has loved her madly ever since. She is super-responsible and a great communicator. You and your dog will be lucky to get her!
Sophie is an amazing dog watcher who truly goes above and beyond every time she takes care of my dog. She’s responsible, gentle, and always makes sure my dog feels loved, comfortable, and safe. I can tell my dog adores her because of the excitement when Sophie arrives. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my dog is not only well cared for but also genuinely happy when left with her. Schedule
I currently have a part time job for the summer, but otherwise keep my schedule free. I take care of my own dog everyday and provide lots of exercise and walks.

I always make safety, trust, and a positive environment my top priorities when caring for pets. I’ve worked with dogs of all ages and temperaments, so I take the time to understand each dog’s individual needs and personality. I make sure they’re always secure on walks, use proper equipment, and stay aware of their surroundings to avoid any potential hazards.
Pets
A typical day
I enjoy taking walks if that is something your dogs also like, along with hiking in the recreation area near my house. I also live on a lake and have access to clean, safe water with a beach.
