Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a teen, sometimes multiple at once! I don’t mind a bit of chaos or exercising more patience for furry friends. In addition to dog sitting and dog walking, I also volunteered at a dog shelter in Newport, NH for several months, walking, feeding, and cleaning up after dogs looking for their forever homes. Additionally, if you have plants that need care, I have professional experience with at-home plant care and can tend to most house plants free of charge!

Sophia was super sweet and watched over my anxious pup so well during his first time visiting NY. Will definitely hire her again. She was also really good at keeping us in the loop with pictures and updates on how he was doing.
We were in a pinch for a holiday weekend and it was our first time having someone we didn't personally know watch Milo (he is 8 years old). Sophia was recommended to us by a mutual friend and we felt so safe with them right off the bat. Milo LOVED her and they took such great care of him and of our apartment while we were away. We got plenty of pics and updates while we were away, which made us feel consistently at ease. Highly recommend!
Sophia is such a wonderful and responsible pet-sitter. When watching my sweet kitten Frankie, she went above and beyond ensuring timely meals, cleaning the litter box, and playing with her. She even sent me little updates for peace of mind. I can't recommend her enough!
Sophia took wonderful care of my 16-year-old dog, Jack, over the weekend and was absolutely exceptional! Because of his age, Jack requires a bit more attention, patience, and gentle handling than most dogs, and Sophia provided all of that and more. She was incredibly attentive to his needs, kept me updated with photos and messages, and made sure he was comfortable and happy the entire time. It gave me such peace of mind to know he was in such capable and caring hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sophia to anyone looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and compassionate sitter.
