I have always loved being around animals and have experience caring for pets both personally and for others. I have two dogs of my own, so I’m very comfortable with the day-to-day care, attention, and responsibility that comes with having pets. I have also dog-sat for a family in my neighborhood, caring for their dog and two cats while they were on vacation. I would visit their home to feed the pets, make sure they were comfortable, and take their dog for a walk each evening. I’m around other people’s dogs often as well and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals!

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to follow their normal routine and any specific instructions their owner provides. I’ll make sure they are fed, have fresh water, get plenty of attention, and receive the exercise they need. I’m also respectful of the client’s home and will keep everything clean and tidy. Most importantly, I want pets to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away.

Schedule
I currently work about 2–3 days a week, so my schedule is fairly flexible. I’m available most evenings after 7 PM for nighttime walks, and I’m also available most weekends. I’m happy to work with your schedule and make sure your pet gets the care, attention, and exercise they need!

- Before caring for a pet, I’d like to know about their usual routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any medications or special care they require. I want to make sure I understand each pet’s individual needs so they feel comfortable and cared for while their owner is away.
