HI! Nice to meet you! I'm so happy you came across my profile. Why should you pick me to watch your dog? I'm a teacher and I offer boarding in my home. All dogs are walked prior to me leaving my home for the day, but my boyfriend leaves later and does an additional potty break for boarded pups. I've pet sat many dogs before moving to college and into a place of my own, so I have vast experience with many different breeds. When I pet sit, I walk the dog twotimes a day, with constant fresh water, food, and playtime and well as relaxation time with them. I do have three dogs of my own, Spectra, Whiskey and Bishop, who come with me to my house sittings and check-ins and they get along with the other dogs very well. If you have a dog and need a sitter, I’d love to do a meet and greet with your dog(s) and mine. They’re like assistants to provide canine interaction and playtime. Boarded dogs sleep with us at night either in our bed or on their own (their preference is their choice). During my visits, I will send you photos of how much fun your pup is having with me and my own dog. I also like to bring my nice camera to take better shots of them. As a former employee of PetSmart, I take pride in making sure that your pets are loved and cared for while you’re away. Pet care is what I live for every day. When it comes to medications, I write down in my planner the times your dog needs their meds. As a pet and horse owner, animal care is extremely important to me. I treat all animals as if they are my own.

I left my yellow lab Millie with Sophia for 3 nights, and Millie had a wonderful time! Sophia sent pics and updates. I could tell Millie was safe, happy, and well taken care of. I’m sure Millie will be excited to go back!

Sophia watched our dog porter while we were gone over the holidays. She checked in on him multiple times a day and left us feedback each time on how he was doing. We love hiring Sophia when we go out of town because we know he’ll be well taken care of.
Sophia is great to work with and my shy, nervous dog loves her. Shes punctual and very communicative when we’re out of town.
Sophia is amazing as well as her fur kids. Bella had such a great long weekend stay, playing with all her new friends. Sophia’s home is warm and welcoming, and we appreciated her willingness to be flexible with our plans if needed. In pictures that were sent, Bella looked happy and content so we knew she was in great hands. I would totally recommend Sophia and will use her again if we travel this way again.
Oki was well cared for while under Sophia's supervision. He enjoyed playing with her three dogs. I would certainly use her services again.

Planning
Hi! I works as a teacher so you know what that means? Weekends, holiday summer vacations galore! Typical day is long walk to the dog area in the morning, afternoon potty break (more if it's a puppy or senior), and a nice evening walk again to the dog area near my home. All pups are allowed on the furniture for extra cuddles and love.

I always make sure the front door is always closed. Food and any other enticing things are always up and out of reach. All dogs are fed away from each other to avoid food aggression. In my home, I like to remove collars when I know I won’t be going out anymore (nighttime). All pets are taken out for one last nightly potty. Unlimited access to fresh water and toys always. All dogs are leashed prior to the front door opening.
