Hi! I’m Sophie, and animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. ❤️ I grew up helping at my aunt’s pet hotel starting when I was 13 years old, and that’s where my love for caring for animals truly began. Now at 19, I’ve spent years caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently work at Three Bark Pet Hotel in Alvarado, where I care for a designated room of up to 10 dogs each day and also help care for cats when needed. My responsibilities include feeding on schedule, making sure every pet always has fresh water, taking them on potty breaks and walks, supervising playtime, cleaning their rooms, bathing them when necessary, and making sure they’re comfortable, safe, and happy throughout the day. 🐕🐈 The biggest reason I love this job is because every pet has their own unique personality. I genuinely get excited every time I meet a new dog or cat, and I believe every animal deserves patience, kindness, and love while their family is away. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for as if they were one of my own. 💕 Whether your pet loves to play, cuddle, explore, or simply relax, I’ll always meet them where they’re most comfortable and make sure they receive the love and attention they deserve. 🐾

Pet care is already a huge part of my everyday life! Between working at Three Bark Pet Hotel and being a full-time college student, I’ve learned how important consistency, responsibility, and communication are.✨ I’ll make sure your pet receives plenty of exercise, playtime, affection, potty breaks, fresh food and water, and lots of love. ❤️ I’ll also send frequent updates and photos because I know how comforting it is to know your furry family member is happy while you’re away. 📸🐾

That’s why I believe communication is so important. I’ll keep you updated with photos, videos, and messages throughout each visit so you can relax knowing your pet is receiving genuine care and attention. 🐶🐱💕

A typical day
Every pet is different, so I like to follow their normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable. 🐾 We’ll go on walks, play their favorite games, enjoy enrichment activities, get plenty of love and attention, and of course stay on schedule with meals, fresh water, potty breaks, and any special care they need. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. 💕
