I've lived with animals since I was born. From dogs, cats, guinea pigs and ferrets to fish, I've cared for a range of pets! In 2021, I volunteered with "I Love Goa Dogs" in India and taught yoga classes to raise money to support the efforts to feed, sterilize, and adopt stray dogs and cats. People tell me I have a peaceful presence and this helps me connect well with animals, from street dogs in Asia to high maintenance pets like my sister's dachshund :) As a world traveler, I am unable to have pets of my own, but it always brings me joy to connect with our furry animal friends wherever I am.

Sophia is so lovely. She was so accommodating when we had a death in the family and had to make a quick trip out of town. She fit Fiona in at her home, sent me photos and assured me all was fine. I feel very comfortable leaving Fiona with her.
Sophia was so kind, and easy to communicate with. She was very proactive in scheduling our meet and greet and the actual visit. My dog was instantly comfortable with her and I knew right away that he’d be in good hands. She sent us sweet photos throughout her time with him, and took great care of our home. Will absolutely book her again!
Sophia was so great with Scout! Scout had some extraordinary needs with her back legs being very weak - Sophia made she was comfortable in our home and we came back from our trip to a very happy dog. She very much understands what a dogs needs.
We reached out on short notice during a very stressful time, and Sophia responded quickly and stepped right in without hesitation. She stayed for two nights and took wonderful care of our cat Liam — communication throughout was excellent, and she sent great photos so we could see how things were going. On top of all that, she offered to help around the house, which was truly above and beyond. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend her. Thank you so much!
Sophia was lovely! We felt very comfortable leaving Bernie with her, and confident that she was in good hands. Sophia gave frequent updates, was easy to communicate with, and helpful throughout the planning and drop-off/pickup. Bernie had a fabulous vaycay, thank you!!!
Sophia worked out great. We needed a place to drop our golden Lucy while we went on a last minute New Years Day ski trip. She sent pictures of Lucy while we were on the mountain so it was very comforting to know she was happy and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Schedule
My schedule is quite flexible as I work remotely part time and otherwise teach a few yoga classes and workshops a week. I do travel sometimes for out-of-town events, but will aim to block off my schedule ahead of time.

I love walking dogs, or even taking them running. I live next to a nice trails in the woods by a river and have a large yard, the ideal location for a dog to release some energy. Feeding schedule is as per your wishes and I am happy to support in any way!
A typical day
I love taking long walks and runs through the woods or trails by the water. If you have a bigger, high energy dog, I'd be more likely to run with them, or take them for a long walk, and if it's a smaller or older dog I would be a bit more gentle with the walk. Otherwise I can play with dogs or cats indoors with whatever toys that are provided.
