I am a lover of all animals and I currently have my tabby cat, April. My mom is a dog walker, and through her, I’ve been exposed to dogs of all breeds and watched how she lovingly cares for them. I’ve accompanied her on countless walks during my free time and I’m very familiar with the dog walking procedures. Additionally I’ve walked and overnight cared for my sister’s 2 dogs on occasion over the years. I’m eager to learn more and build great relationships with your fur babies!

When caring for your fur baby, I will carefully follow any instructions given to me regarding feeding, play time, and walking. I’ll always ensure the safety of your pet comes first, staying aware and cautious of other dogs, bikers, and traffic. Gaining their trust and giving them affection follows right behind that!

Sophia was amazing. We were able to book her the same week we were leaving out of town and she was able to make herself available to come over and meet with our dogs and get familiar with their schedule and routines prior to us leaving. She sent us tons of photos and updates while we were away which put our minds at ease. She administered oral medication for our dog that needed it and also followed special instructions to give our other dog different food than usual as he was dealing with a stomach ache the day we left. In addition to caring so well for the dogs, she left our house in great shape as well. I would highly recommend Sophia for your animal care needs, she was fantastic!
Sophia is a kind person with a good heart. My dog is iffy around people, but she absolutely adores Sophia! Even lets her get close and take pictures, which is incredible. I believe she's a great fit for working with animals... especially dogs due to her having such a big heart for them! She's walked my dog many times, and shows up on time and and she's always ready to go!
Sophia is amazing with our dogs! She's kind, compassionate, and gives them all the cuddles they want. She has been walking my dogs for over 10 years and they love her! Definitely recommend for your fur babies :)
Sophia has cared for both of my dogs who are polar opposites. Winny is super energetic and outgoing. Teddy is skittish and shy. She takes time to know each one and approach them in a thoughtful manner that gains their trust. Sophia has cared for my pets over night, during a long vacation and also during my lunch breaks when I am unable to make it home. My dogs follow a pretty strict schedule and she was able to accomodate their schedules. Both of my dogs love Sophia and I have recommended her to several friends and colleagues. You won't regret the decision to have Sophia walk or care for your dogs.

Schedule
I have just relocated to Charlestown and for the time being, I have full availability for dog walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting at your home. I think this will be a great way for me to explore and get acquainted with the city!
