Hello I'm Sophie! When you meet me I am a quiet person but a hard worker and have a great passion for animals and their care. I've owned various pets since very young and I've spent 5 years studying animals at college including exotics, farm, reptiles/amphibians, common pets, insects...etc. I currently own two dogs, two cats and about ten crested geckos. I've done dog walking since I was 16 when I used to take the neighbourhood dogs for walks for whatever they wanted to pay as pocket money for sweets. The courses I've studied are Level 1 - Level 3 Diplomas in Animal Care & Management, and also Level 1 Horse Care. I've also done work experience at dog groomers where I'd wash, brush and dry various dogs ready for grooming, at a couple of pet shops and at a rescue. Some skills are: I can care for all types of animals including farm, reptiles and exotics. Trustworthy. Has a big passion for animal care, it is my life. Animals are part of the family and so the ones I look after will be treated like part of the family. I hope you will consider me for whatever you need, ask any questions and I'm happy to help! I take last minute bookings and am available 24/7 should you need anything at all.

A wonderful sitter. Sent me pictures showing how happy they all were. She really did treat them like her own. Happy relaxed dogs and cat. She also fed the hedgehogs!! And left me with a lovely clean house. Can’t praise her enough.
Gilbert enjoyed a lovely week with Sophie when she stayed in our house to look after him. Sophie kept me updated regularly and sent photos. She obviously loves animals, and gave my 11 year old, blind, pug the care he needs when I am away. I would have no hesitation in booking her again.
Service beyond our expectations. Sophie has been incredible for our last minute booking. Constant communication, regular photo updates and 4 happy animals when we got home. Thank you Sophie! You rescued our holiday 😁
First time using rover and booking Sophie. Really pleased with the service, great communication and updates. My cat is very shy and in the past hasn’t come in for friends and family when I have been away, but she was so settled with Sophie. Lola was so calm and relaxed when I got home which was lovely. It made a huge difference having a pet sitter. I would 100% recommend Sophie and will definitely book with her.
We love Sophie! Have booked her many times now and she is just brilliant with our cats - completely trustworthy, gives them lots of fuss and keeps us well updated. Thank you Sophie!
