I have had dogs and cats since I was a child. I currently have 2 cats who are chill and calm. I work from home most of the days in a week. When I'm busy either at home or outside, i'll put on meditation music for the pets. and when I'm at home, I'll entertain them with my music! My pets and I would love to make new friends in our furry home! I’m experienced in dog, cat sitting, including senior pet care, and experience in bird feeding. I monitor not only the pets daily activities but also their emotions as it can be tough to be at a different place so I make sure they feel here as home. Our service features customized care to individual pets and frequent daily updates to the owners. We provide free trial nights for new pet boarding.

Sophie did a fantastic job. She connected well with our pets and diligently and capably took care of them. She also made sure to keep in touch, sending photos and other updates to let us know that our pets were all right. We couldn't ask for anyone better. We'd definitely go with her again, the next time we have a need.
If you only need someone to feed your cat, she technically did the job — she came every day and made sure my cat wasn’t left hungry. However, she did not stick to my cat’s regular dinner time of 6:30 pm. Instead, she came at whatever time was convenient for her — 8:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 9:00 pm, and even as early as 3:30 pm! Unfortunately, when I checked the security camera, I was heartbroken to see my cat being ignored. My cat is very affectionate and craves attention, but instead of interacting with him, the sitter lay on my sofa watching something on her iPad, while my cat seemed to be begging for love and affection 💔
Highly recommend booking with Soph! She is reliable, responsive and caring. She shared pictures and videos daily. Memphis seemed to enjoy his time at her place and enjoyed all the attention she provided him. I will definitely be booking with her in the future!
Soph has been amazing with Pixie, she was respectful to the space, and also very caring. She sent lots of videos and pictures, kept me updated and Pixie was happy when I came back :) highly recommend Soph for your fur babies! and also, I won't hesitate having her as a sitter again
Soph has been amazing with checking in on my cats during my extended trip. She was always available when I had questions and the photo and video updates definitely did help during the time away. She was very good with making my cats comfortable during her visits. Thanks Soph!!
Soph did a wonderful job taking care of Jax…she also sent pics and videos which were great. I could easily tell Jax was well taken care of and very comfortable with her.

Schedule
I work from home During the week, and for most of the weekends. My work office is 5-min drive away so if there is an emergency, I'm able to make flexibilities.

Safety, trust & environment
I usually put on soothing music during the day when they are sleeping mostly and entertain them when I'm off work with toys or playing music instruments. I'd also love to sit your cats and dogs according your preference, e.g. if you requires special diet, etc. For cats specifically, I usually do not let my cats out. Occasionally I would sunbath them on my deck in the backyard in the summer, no outings during winter. For dogs specifically, we take them to the 2 dog parks just walking distance. I make sure all pets get the needed attention and ‘petify’ my home to give a loving environment😃 Our service features in active communication with the pet owners on their pets daily status, in videos, pictures. I’m quick to respond and flexible.

A typical day
We have babysat dogs in the past, we live close to 2 dog parks and pet store and a vet around the corner of our place. We babysit cats all the time, if needed, we have enough rooms for separation and individual care. I also do drop in service to feed birds. I’m experienced in house sitting as well and have regular clients.
