I have had dogs my whole life and believe they are part of the family. I will treat your Dog as if it was my own, with great care, compassion and attention, as well as your home. For the last year I took care of a clients home and two pets while he had to be out of the country until he ended up moving there! I’ve taken care of puppies as well as senior pets with major health conditions.

I take pride in the care and respect for your pets and home as I would my own. Trust and communication are very important to me as well as making you feel comfortable with me taking care of your furry family and home. I will always send pictures with updates so you can see how happy your pups are! ! I LOVE pet photography as you can see from my gallery! ! Also if you need plants watered or mail/packages received that is no problem! I also take pride in cleaning and enjoy doing it (and my clients love that too)!

Sonja is absolutely wonderful. I reached out to her at the last minute after another sitter had to cancel, and she rearranged her schedule to make sure Zefí was taken care of. Then my flights were severely delayed and I couldn’t get home until hours later than expected. Sonja immediately told me not to worry and that she would stay with Zefí for as long as I needed. Knowing Zefí was safe, happy, and loved took an enormous amount of stress out of an already difficult travel day. What makes Sonja so special, though, is that she doesn’t just “watch” Zefí—she genuinely enjoys her and makes their time together fun. Sonja is kind, dependable, flexible, thoughtful, and clearly cares about the animals she looks after. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her and would trust her with Zefí without hesitation.

Sonja took wonderful care of Zefí today for a full 10 hours. She sent lots of adorable photo updates throughout the day, which gave me so much peace of mind. What I appreciated most was the balance she created — Zefí stayed engaged, active, calm, and relaxed all at the same time. When I picked her up, she was happy and content, not overstimulated or stressed. It’s clear Sonja really understands dogs and pays attention to their individual needs and energy levels. I would absolutely trust her with Zefí again and highly recommend her.
Sonja was the best. She went above and beyond what was expected. I had CCL surgery for my lab a couple weeks before heading home for Christmas for a few days, and I felt completely confident that she would take proper care of her. I will definitely be reaching out to Sonja again in the future.

Sonja is the absolute best! She took amazing care of our two dogs (and our home) while my husband and I were on vacation. One of our dogs is very nervous and fearful and Sonja is a true dog whisperer. I have never seen my dog warm up to someone so quickly. Sonja understood how to connect with her in a way that made her feel safe, happy, and comfortable while we were away. Further, our dog was having GI trouble and was on a special diet which added to the difficulty in caring for her, but Sonja was so accommodating and willing to adapt to whatever my dog needed. She even offered to pick up dog food for us! She truly went above and beyond the whole stay…communication was excellent and she took the best photos and videos throughout the week! It made us so happy to see our dogs having such a good time with Sonja and Madison. She jumped through all the hoops! Our AC went out while we were gone and she navigated a solution with ease until we got a company in to fix it! Further, when we got home, our house was in better shape than we left it! Overall, I highly recommend Sonja. She is such a wonderful person, caretaker, and dog lover. There is nothing better than going on vacation and knowing your dogs are safe, happy, and being loved!

Schedule
I will be with your dogs full time as I am taking courses online for a second degree. I can work days and weekends for visits or in home care/overnights if you’re going to be out of town. Your pets will get lots of attention, walks, love and play time!

- It is very important for me to know all behavior traits, allergies, special treats or foods they like or require, schedules they follow to ensure they stick to their routine. I appreciate all the specific needs and information you can share, so that I give your pets the best experience and be prepared as well. Your pets care, safety and happiness is my utmost concern! Oh and don’t forget to show me their favorite toys!!
