Former Doodle Owner Missing a Dog
Before you book with me, you should know why I’m a sitter on Rover! I’m a lifelong dog lover and former dog mom to a very energetic Goldendoodle who was the center of my world. My life revolved around long walks, games of fetch, park adventures, and plenty of snuggles, so I understand how important it is to find someone who will care for your dog like family. I work from home 2–3 days a week, so your pup will have lots of company and won’t be left alone for long stretches. While I don’t have a yard, I believe dogs deserve more than just a quick walk around the block. Every stay includes at least one trip to a local park each day for fetch, exploring, or simply getting their energy out. I welcome small to medium-sized dogs that are friendly with young children, as I have a toddler at home. Whether your dog is full of energy or happiest curled up on the couch, they’ll get plenty of love, attention, and cuddles while they’re here. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone, and I’ll treat them as if they were my own. 🐾 Size wise, I will accept dogs that are up to 50-55 lbs. Boarding: NO TOLERANCE for aggressive behavior like lunging, growling and showing teeth, nipping. I have a toddler at home and will only accept dogs that are comfortable with noisier environments, and lots of movement.

Sonia was THE BEST!! We will absolutely be reaching back out to Sonia anytime we need a dog sitter in the future. She was incredibly communicative, flexible when our travel plans changed, and treated our dog Ruth like family from the first minute, as evidenced by photos and videos of them having fun at many times throughout each day. Look no further than Sonia!!

Emmy had such a wonderful stay with Sonia! Sonia took great care of her, gave her lots of love and attention, and kept us updated while we were away. It was clear that Emmy was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Sonia was kind, reliable, and genuinely loves dogs. We would absolutely trust Sonia with Emmy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable sitter!

Great communication before and after the walk. Sonia was very accommodating and we felt very comfortable with our 6-month old puppy in her care. Would recommend!

Schedule
I will facilitate 3 walks a day when I work from home or 2 when I go in the office. We will get lots of play during the day if I work from home and if not, at the end of the day. I am happy to prepare food puzzles or play tug or hang out on the couch. We go to parks very often too, so we can play fetch in areas where it’s safe to go off leash (fenced in).

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I only care for small to medium sized dogs that are friendly with young children, as I have a toddler at home. I don’t have a fenced yard, but all outdoor time is supervised and on leash (off leash can be done in safe places), with plenty of walks and park visits. I’ll follow your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, medications, and any special instructions to help them feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. I only accept one dog at a time so each one gets the attention they deserve.
A typical day
Whatever makes your doggy happy.. whether it’s throwing the ball 🎾, doing SNIFFari walks 🐽 🐕🌳, solving brain games 🧩, playing with water 💦, training their commands 👩🏼🏫 , or snuggling on the couch.

- BOARDING: ZERO TOLERANCE for signs of aggression! My toddler may accidentally sit on their tail or touch their legs. If your dog is unpredictable, has erratic behavior or shows any signs of aggression (snapping, lunging, growling and showing teeth), then we aren’t the right fit for them. I also prefer non-shedding breeds.
