We love Sonia! We have used her multiple times.
Unfortunately, second round was unavoidable as I had no time rebook. Had to reinforce basic expectations to avoid a repeat of the prior weekend. I also had to protect my furniture to avoid more dirt and paw prints. Its unfortunate that I had to remind her to remove own bedding. I requested she tidy up, but the bare minimum was done. Her hair was all over the quest bathroom and again it felt like she treated my home like an airbnb. Disappointed.
Unfortunately did not meet expectations, rules and instructions ignored. Couches were covered in dirt, house was messy, failed to clean up after herself, failed to remove her own bedding. Arrived late, left early and my dogs schedule was not kept as requested.
Sonia helped us out in a family emergency and we are so grateful! We even asked her to stay an extra night and she was able to accommodate us.
