Safety, trust & environment

I like to understand your dogs daily routine and habits as best as I can and tailor my day around their preferences! Walks, potty breaks, and park visits are easy from my location - plus our fenced in backyard is great for dogs. Your pet will always be supervised in my home and will always have water freely available to them! I encourage dog owners to bring any toys, beds and an item that smells like home (like an owners t shirt!). Your pup will always have the attention they are looking for.

Information Sonee G. would like to know about your pet

I like to know: - Best time for breakfast, dinner and treats! - How often your dog likes to go out for potty breaks. - If your dog likes walks, and if so how long they like to go! - Your preference on dogs on the furniture (it’s alright with me if it’s alright with you!). - Any medical needs — I’m happy to administer oral medication as needed. - Your dogs social level — do they like the dog park? Big dogs? Small dogs? No dogs? - Food brand/type in case we run out. - Anything else that might be important!

A typical day

Typically I will get the first potty break and walk in by 7:30-8am! Then, it’s time for breakfast (whichever time you indicate is best for your pup). From there, pups have free rein to play or relax in the house! We’ll head outside for a quick potty break every 2 or so hours. Later, we’ll go to the dog park for playtime and get the zoomies out! Pups will have dinner whenever their parent says is best, and then it’s time for an evening walk! After that, it’s time for cuddles and bedtime

Pet care experience

I’ve been taking care of dogs for a decade, helping out friends, family and anyone looking for a sitter who will treat their pups like their own! I absolutely adore dogs and caring for them, regardless of age or size. Long walks, hikes, and visits to the dog park are always on the schedule when I’m caring for your pets! I am happy to take care of dogs of any age, and I have lots of puppy house training experience so I am always on top of the training routine! I live in a home with a fenced in backyard, so pups are welcome to run around supervised any time! I am within walking distance of two fantastic parks, lots of grassy areas, and two amazing dog parks filled with friendly pups for your more social dogs. I also live within walking distance of an amazing veterinarian hospital. When your dog stays with me, they’ll have my full attention and care! I am highly communicative and I like to know as much as I can about a dog before they stay with me. I provide photos and updates often and like to keep you in the loop on activities throughout the day. Your pup is welcome in all areas of my home and allowed on any furniture (unless you say otherwise!). I have one small dog who is very friendly with others. I would love to provide your dogs with the best experience away from home! Please reach out with any questions!

We had a wonderful experience! Communication was excellent, and our dog came home very happy. Even in the very cold weather, Sonee was willing to take the dogs out for multiple walks, which really shows how much she cares for and loves them. She is very attentive, thoughtful, and truly observes each dog’s needs. This was a great experience, and we would absolutely trust her to care for our baby again in the future.

Sonee is a fantastic caretaker for my two dogs. She has stayed over at my house on several occasions when I have needed to leave town. She is the person I trust most to keep my dogs safe and happy when I'm not around. She does a great job walking them together and has administered medication on time when we have needed. I always come home to the dogs happy and well-fed after they have been in Sonee's care.
