Owner away? I walk, sit, and play!
My name is Sonali. Since I was growing up, I always had a household that had pets (bunny, hamster, dog, cat). I also helped close relatives and friends with their pets for quite a bit before using Rover. From house sitting, long or short walks, boarding, drop ins, playing, assisting with special care/needs and of course, loads of love, care, fun and attention is what I do best; mainly cats and dogs of all kinds and ages. I've got experience with them and I truly enjoy and cherish the process of it ALL. I am experienced and knowledgeable in this field and genuinely a lover of all pets, young, old, big, small, you name it. I live in Brookhaven in a nice and quiet neighborhood with a duplex home style apartment. I am surrounded with lots of greens too. It is a pet friendly and safe area that has walkable trails and parks. However, I also am very willing to be at the pet owners location if and/or when preferred with no problem at all. I am incredibly reliable, trustworthy, adaptable and flexible when it comes to fulfilling my services with you and your four legged baby if you book me. I am very communicative an send loads of pictures and updates to give you ease when booking my services, I also am always responsive and available for prior meet and greets before bookings. All instructions you leave for me will always be followed with the utmost care to keep your pets happy and comfortable! Currently when it comes to "stays" I offer house sitting services for dogs and cats of all kinds! HOWEVER, for BOARDING services ONLY, I am taking 1-2 cats MAX and not dogs for BOARDING. Boarding stays are with no longer than 10 DAYS.

Safety, trust & environment
MY HOME: *I have a safe environment in my duplex and neighborhood with an area for pets to walk and be at. Pet friendly at is best. *I make sure they are given correct meal and amount, medications, and such and if needed to buy I make sure is always healthy and or in alignment to what owners want or prefer. *I give them fresh drinking water and refill often as needed *make sure temperature, environment is cozy and comfortable for them as well as safe. *I don't delay walk times for a long time difference when it comes to them going to the potty break as I understand they have to go regularly, I never make them wait too long. *I don't keep them home all day nor just take them out for walks or for bathroom, but I also make sure they get their active exercise outdoors and give them attention, love and play with them. *I communicate and give daily updates to the client about their pets to ensure they are comfortable. CLIENT'S HOME: *Weather you have a fenced backyard or not, I will regardless always check the fence gate when opening or closing and in general to make sure is closed when its supposed to. * always lock the doors and if I step out, I make sure I always take the keys with me as I do understand doorknobs are different for every household. *Do a few check ins as well as the last check to ensure your pets are good, the trash lids are locked, counters aren't dirty or food left, crates set up are secured, water is not running, no heating element on or running. *I don't make a mess or change anything from its original place from when I entered, I leave the house in the same conditions as when I entered, or better as I am detailed oriented and respectful of people's home's just like I treat mine. If trash is full or at least half way, and I am leaving, I will also take the trash out on my way out. *I never leave anything valuable, dangerous for pets, or just overall anything that I should be aware of leaving to the reach of them to avoid any damages, issues, etc. *I am prompt and timely with the pet's schedule (walks, food, potty, cleaning, water, treats, special cares, etc as needed) *I ask the info I need prior to ensure I have additional or specific care instructions if needed, exchange owner contact information for communication when needed and emergency contact information exchange.

Schedule
I'm currently working hybrid. So I'll have plenty of time to play, sit, walk with them! I am available pretty much every day of the week and weekend unless it is blocked or booked in my calendar which i usually do every 2 weeks in anticipation. My schedule is mainly the same, but I am flexible and am able to adapt and adjust, and find ways when/as needed if it works for both parties. The only time the schedule will change, or not be the same, or there would be any new unavailability is if I am traveling or attending an event. However, in that case, I will always give notice as soon as I plan a trip, or know about an upcoming trip, with decent anticipation!
