I have been around and worked with dogs and cats my whole life. I have extensive hands-on experience caring for pets, as I have been walking and pet sitting for 2 years. I currently have a 12 year old working Cocker Spaniel, an 11 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier and a 6 year old domestic shorthaired cat who I have had since puppies and a kitten. I understand the importance of providing dogs and cats with plenty of attention, exercise, companionship, and a safe environment where they feel comfortable and happy. Through caring for my own pets, I've gained experience with daily walks, feeding routines, administering basic care, and supporting an older dog with age-related needs. What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals, my patience, and my understanding that every pet has their own personality and routine. I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they receive lots of care, affection, and attention while in my care. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. I follow each owner's instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medication requirements, and any specific needs their pet may have. In a pet owner's home, I aim to keep pets in their usual routine as much as possible to help them feel relaxed and settled. I'll provide plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, fresh water, and regular toilet breaks, as well as lots of affection and companionship. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to know your pet is being cared for properly, so I'm happy to provide updates and photos for peace of mind. Having cared for my own Cocker Spaniel from puppyhood into his senior years, I'm comfortable looking after dogs of different ages, personalities, and activity levels. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritise their happiness, safety, and wellbeing.

I had Sommer look after my two dogs whilst I was away for business. I have a staffy and a cocker spaniel. Sommer made sure all of their needs were met and they were kept fed, walked. And loved whilst I was away. She really went above and beyond to take care of my pups. And she would be the one I’d want looking after them all the time!!
Sommer was lovely and looked after my cats just the way they feel comfortable in and needed. She was able to ease my shy cat to come out and play. I had no concerns and felt really comfortable with Sommer looking after my cats and will definitely be getting in touch next time I go away!
Sommer was great, on time and Chewy was very happy and cared for by her. He took a liking to Sommer straight away as she is extremely good with dogs. I highly recommend!!! :)

Schedule
Pet care is already a big part of my daily life. I work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, which means I am available every evening for walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship. I also have weekends completely free, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pets in my care. During school holidays and half terms, I have full availability, giving me even more flexibility for pet sitting and dog walking. As a dog owner myself, caring for animals is something I do every day, and I understand the importance of maintaining routines, providing exercise, and ensuring pets feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. I have a 12-year-old working Cocker Spaniel, a 11 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier and a 6 year old cat who I've cared for since puppies and kittens, so looking after pets is a natural part of my everyday routine. 🐾❤️
