Welcome to Somer Camp!
I have over 24 years of experience working with all forms of dogs from small to giant, aggressive to feral. I managed a non-traditional kennel for 5 years. I then trained for over a year with Tom Rose. When I returned home I began caring for and training dogs in my home which I have done for almost 20 years. I am joining Rover because I received a request from an existing client so they may use their corporate discount.

Somer is always so wonderful to Lala, she always has a good time.
Somer and Thomas were so great. They helped us out of a jam by accepting a very last-minute boarding reservation for our senior Great Pyrenees. Rosalie stayed 3 nights and was very well taken care of. When we picked her up she was calm, happy, and tired. Somer seems very knowledgeable about dog care and behavior and she even picked up on a medical issue Rosalie has and kept her cool and comfortable through a hot few days. We very much appreciate it and would absolutely recommend Somer and Thomas for boarding.
Somer and Thomas are delightful and trusted sitter for our Lala and she seems to be having good times while we are out of town.

Schedule
I care for dogs full time with my husband. We offer full time care in our home. The dogs are never left alone. Our days are structured around the dogs in our care. From vigorous play to gentle walks. Each dog has unique needs. We have two small dogs and a toddler.

Safety, trust & environment
We spend our days playing in our half acre fully fenced and double gated back yard. We spend evenings snuggling with our furry friends. I do not have kennels and only use crates when requested. Dogs are separated during feeding. The rest of the time they have full roam of our home and may sleep where they choose.

We play in our half acre fully fenced and double gated yard. Gentle walks for seniors. Fun snack times and lots of love and snuggles if that is their thing. If not that is okay too.
