Hi there! I'm Somah (also known as Nick) and I have lived with dogs since I was 10 years old. Since moving to the UK from South Africa nine years ago, I have really missed my furry friends (I grew up with four of them)! My fiance Lucy and I are experienced dog sitters and have looked after a broad range of breeds including labradors, daschunds, spaniels and terriers. We love being outside and live within short walking distance from Farncombe Woods and Broadwater Park - perfect for daily walks! We both work from home and offer a safe, loving and fun environment for your dog whilst you are away. The happiness of your dog is our priority! Happy to answer any questions, so do get in touch.

Lucy and Somar are the official BEST. Part of me wants to leave a terrible review so no one else will ever book them and they can be Binx’s second family. But that would be mean. One hundred percent, these guys love dogs and they will love your dog with its quirks and all. The daily pupdates were a highlight for my family while we were away and it was so good knowing Binx was having a fabulous holiday with oodles of walks and cuddles and attention while we were away. I feel like I don’t need to ever look for someone to care for Binx in the future because Somar and Lucy will absolutely be the go-to second family he needs. A lovely home, wonderful walks, such care and attention (and my pup is not always the easiest) and I know that my dog was happy. What a joy to have found these guys. They are excellent dog sitters/carers/walkers and I would wholeheartedly recommend them again and again. 10/10 from Binx and me ✨

To be highly recommended as clearly dog lovers! Scout had a great time and I received several lovely updates and photos throughout the day. Very kindly listened to my concerns on Scout's chewing and puppy mischief. Took her for 2 walks which was excellent. Will certainly book Scout in again when needed.
Lucy and Somah are absolutely amazing. Our pup, Poppy, absolutely loves spending time with them and it’s really great to know she will be happy and safe with them.
Nick and Lucy took really good care of my Otto. He settled in really well and received photos and updates all the time. Thank you!!!
Trudy had a lovely day with Somah! It was a super hot day and they took such care to keep Trudy cool, and comfortable. Love getting little updates throughout the day! Trudy will be back to visit soon!

Schedule
I work from home full time and Lucy works from home four days a week. Between us, your dog will be taken care of 24/7 and never left alone. Depending on the needs of your dog, we can provide morning and afternoon walks, work around their daily eating schedule and provide plenty of attention and cuddles in between!

We live in a three bedroom, semi-detached house with a small front and back garden on a quiet cul-de-sac. We can look after your dog for a single day or multiple days depending on your needs. We are both very active with daily running and walking. We commit to exercising your dog as frequently as required to ensure their happiness. We always ensure to follow any care instructions and training rules that are provided by owners, and will keep you informed throughout your pet's stay with daily photos and updates.
A typical day
We can provide anything from gentle walks, to long runs. From playing fetch to lots of cuddles on the sofa, you can be sure that your dog will be loved like it is our own.
