Hello, thanks for taking a look at my profile. I have a huge passion for animals and enjoy spending time and playing with all types and ages of dogs. I also have experience in helping on small farms. While I can’t have a dog of my own at the moment, let me hang out with yours when you’re in need! I’ve been watching friends and neighbors dogs and cats all my life. I'm flexible in my availability and love to hang outside, go on walks, and am happy to do overnight care in your home. I’m a neonatal intensive care nurse, so attention to detail, punctuality, and compassion are in my nature. I’m happy to answer any questions about me!

I hesitate to leave a review only because excellent dog (and house) sitters are so hard to come by, and it’s hard sharing with others that you’ve found such a gem! Solveig went above and beyond, and we are so fortunate that our dogs were well loved and looked after. I received numerous pictures of the dogs going on long walks and hikes and passed out on her lap on the couch, as well as great text updates. She kept the house tidy and even was so considerate as to wash the sheets! We felt at ease knowing Solveig was taking good care of our pups, so that we could truly enjoy vacation. Thank you Solveig!
Solveig was great! She was able to come over and walk Basil on short notice, sent updates and pictures and took her on a nice long walk! I’d recommend Solveig to anyone and would definitely book her again!
Solveig is exceptionally passionate about animals and is a very hard working and dedicated person. She is excellent with both dogs and cats and always goes above and beyond to make sure that they’re well off, happy, and fully taken care of before she leaves. In addition, she’s very punctual and reliable. I would highly recommend her to take care of anyone’s fur-babies!
