I’ve cared for both cats and dogs of various breeds and sizes, as well as for animals with allergies and special needs. My experience ranges from puppies in potty training to seniors with mobility issues, making me a reliable and flexible sitter for all kinds of furry companions! One of the dogs in my family is a senior with severe allergies and a history of multiple leg surgeries. Before moving away for my studies, I was her main caregiver. This taught me to be detail-oriented and upmost attentive, especially with medication, post-op care, and adapting her surroundings to meet her needs. I’ve also volunteered in animal shelters, where I worked with rescue dogs - many of whom were anxious or difficult to approach. These experiences helped me develop patience and learn how to gain a dog’s trust through calm, respectful interactions. I take each animal’s well-being seriously. While I enjoy being affectionate, I’m always mindful of a dog’s boundaries and body language, ensuring they feel safe and respected.
