I'll play and snuggle with your dog
My name is Sofija and I'm ski coach from Croatia. I've grown up with cats and dogs and I love being with animals. Due to my lifestye, until recently I never had a chance to have a pet of my own and pet sitting was a way to spend time with all sorts of animals. I’m very easy going and have experiences with all kinds of dogs and cats, and I am also a two time Olympian so I like to stay active, and having a dog company makes all the adventures more fun. I am strong enough to handle a bigger sized dogs (if needed), and I can be strict or very mellow with your pet, depending on what you need. I don't have any special skills, but I can throw a ball or frisbee for a long time, and I can go for long walks.

Sofija was absolutely amazing with our two cats when we were out of town. She gave them pets and love and even our sassy girl Layla, who is a harsh judge of character, gave her a thumbs up!
Sofija was so caring and wonderful with our puppy- we were in from Boston to ski and will definitely use her again if she is available! We had a snafu with our Airbnb and she was so helpful and gracious as we tried to find a last minute sitter.
Sofija was terrific with Quixote. He seemed content every time Sofija sent us a photo of him, as well as when we picked him up. Coming from an apartment in New York City, he seemed to enjoy the opportunity to explore and wander the property
Sofija was a WONDERFUL sitter who entertained our golden retriever Hershey to no end, sent great pictures, communicated with us constantly, and provided a perfect stay for our dog. I cannot recommend Sofija enough and plan for Hershey to stay with her during our next trip!

Sofija was great! She was very communicative before, during and after house sitting for our dog. She sent photos and updates so we had no doubt our dog was well loved and cared for. We will definitely use Sofija again!
