Sofiia is reliable and very responsive. Bijou is a rescue and can be quite skittish and nervous at first. He was initially anxious upon meeting Sofiia, but through her updates, it was clear that he relaxed thanks to her calming and caring energy. We really appreciated her flexibility and how easy she made the whole situation. I definitely recommend Sofiia!
