Hi! I’m a reliable and friendly pet sitter based in Vancouver, serving Yaletown, Downtown, West End, and nearby areas. I work with both dogs and cats, from playful puppies and kittens to calm senior pets. I’m comfortable with different sizes and temperaments, including energetic dogs. For dog walks, I can do regular neighborhood walks or take dogs to off-leash dog parks (if approved), so they can play, socialize, and burn energy safely. I’ve volunteered with stray cats in Turkey and Georgia, and I also have a beloved cat back home. I adore dogs too and would be happy to spend time with them, always following your instructions and respecting your wishes. I always follow your pet’s routine and provide photo updates after each visit or walk, so you know everything is going well.

Sofiia took such wonderful care of our dog, Saabu! She kept us updated with frequent messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It’s clear that she genuinely loves and cares for the dogs she looks after. She made sure Saabu was comfortable and paid attention to his needs. Saabu came home a happy dog which says it all. We had a great experience and will definitely be booking with Sofiia again in the future. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience with Brody 🤍 He’s an older dog and definitely needs a bit more attention/care than most dogs, and she was so understanding and accommodating with him. I got photo updates and she stayed in contact the entire time - you can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches! Would definitely book again!
I had a wonderful experience with Sofiia caring for a Shiba Inu while the owner was away for two weeks. We spent time together with friends and the dog, and it was clear how comfortable and happy the dog felt around her. The dog was calm, relaxed, and didn’t seem to miss its owner, which really speaks to Sofiia’s caring and attentive nature. She is responsible, loving, and truly great with pets—I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an attentive and lovely caregiver.

At the moment, I work from home in the evenings, so I’m completely free during the day. That’s why I decided to create my Rover profile to have the opportunity to spend time with pets.

I live in a clean, dog-friendly apartment in Downtown Vancouver, with plenty of nearby parks and safe walking routes, perfect for regular walks and outdoor time. The environment is calm, secure, and well-suited for pets to feel comfortable and relaxed. I prioritize safety at all times, including secure leash handling, awareness of surroundings, and following your pet’s routine and instructions carefully. I also take time to build trust with each pet, especially those who may be shy or need a gentler approach.
A typical day
I give each pet focused, one-on-one care. Dogs get a fun, structured walk with plenty of sniffing, exercise, and a quick check-in with photos for you. Cats get calm, attentive visits with feeding, litter care, and playtime. Walks in safe, dog-friendly areas, playtime, and basic training reinforcement for dogs. For cats - interactive play, enrichment, and relaxed companionship. I always match the energy to your pet’s personality and keep you updated with photos
