I think Sophia took care of Zacc but the lack of communication and her ability to respond to my questions while she cared for Zacc was disappointing. I did not Know she was having any problems w him until the third morning she messaged essentially saying I needed to come get him from my vaca that day or Find somewhere for Him to go bc he was too much for her to handle. She seemed to work and be gone a lot More than she led me To believe, Leaving her brother in charge, whom I never met. I was very upfront about his needs for exercise and attention being a puppy, as well as constant supervision and not leaving shoes, chargers, etc where he could easily grab and chew. She is very Sweet but probably would do better sitting older pets and being honest about her work schedule and working on her communication while pet sitting.
