Caring walks tailored to your dog🐾
I have about five years of hands-on experience with dogs, including regularly caring for my friend’s two Huskies from the time they were puppies. When their owners worked long hours, I often spent full days with them — walking, feeding, playing, and keeping them company. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes and breeds, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s individual personality. Some love long, active walks, while others would happily spend ten minutes investigating the same patch of grass — I’m happy to follow their pace. I’m especially interested in dog behaviour and communication, so I pay attention to body language and what helps each dog feel comfortable. I’m also happy to follow feeding routines and give oral medication when needed.

Safety, trust & environment
I take safety seriously and always follow the owner’s instructions regarding their dog’s routine, equipment, routes, and interactions with other dogs. During walks, I stay aware of traffic, other animals, and anything that may make the dog uncomfortable. I never force interactions with people or other dogs and prefer to let each dog explore at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for them. I’m also careful and respectful when entering a client’s home and will always follow any instructions regarding doors, gates, feeding, medication, or other household routines.

Sofiia is wonderful with dogs and was a huge help to a friend of ours. She stepped in to watch their two Huskies for a day or two at a time whenever the owner was overwhelmed with work, and she always handled them perfectly. Huskies are high-energy and can be a real handful, but Sofiia was incredibly patient and responsible with them. She even managed their medication, making sure they got their pills on time without any issues. It’s clear she genuinely loves being around animals and takes the responsibility seriously. I’d trust her with any pet in a heartbeat!

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and can usually accommodate walks and visits at different times throughout the day, including both shorter walks and longer outings. I also enjoy walking and spending time outdoors regularly, so having a four-legged companion along fits naturally into my routine.

Please let me know about any medical needs, allergies, medications, triggers, leash habits, escape tendencies, or behaviours around other dogs and people. The more I know about their normal routine, the easier it is for me to keep things familiar, safe, and enjoyable for them.
