I've cared for dogs the last 20 years, growing up with labs in my childhood home to adopting a retired Siberian husky. I've cared for several puppies and have experience with puppy training.

I'll always follow owners' instructions on how to care for pets inside and outside. Pet's will always be supervised when in my care. Dogs will always be leashed if otherwise instructed by owners.

I have an anxious pup that is extremely hesitant around new people (and scary for the person - growls, head down, stalks them). Because of that, I always try to set my expectations for her care low while I'm gone. If you feed her and leave her be, I'm usually happy. Sofia was the first sitter to go beyond just leaving her alone, and seemed to want to give my pup a better experience. She actively kept her engaged with games of "hide the treat" and was rewarded by being the first sitter to have my pup get in the bed to sleep with her and allow her to get a harness on her for a walk. When she told me, I was surprised and thrilled! I definitely hope to use her again!
This was our first time using Sofia and I will definitely have her watch our pups again!!! She was flexible with schedule changes, kept me updated, sent pictures, walked our pups, and left our house nice and clean! I felt great knowing our pups were being taken care of.
Sophia is the best! She house sat for us for a few days and chased after our 3 month pup and 7 year old bigger pup. I 1000% recommend her!
Sophia is great! She stopped by twice on Thanksgiving to let your dogs out and was great with our young puppy. I highly recommend her!
Sofia was really great with our anxious pup- she took a lot of time at the meet and greet to make sure she understood all of Nala’s needs and care instructions. From the pictures you could tell Nala felt relaxed with her. She also left our apartment very clean and was very responsive via the Rover app!

I work from home and have a LOT of flexibility! I'm able to pop in throughout the day or pop in for short notice visits!
