Hey there! I’m Sofia, and if your pet loves snuggles, playtime, and lots of attention they’re in the right hands! I’ve had pets for most of my life. My cat was with me from the time I was 8 years old until earlier this year, and my dog had been by my side for the last 8 years. They taught me how to be patient, attentive, and totally in tune with the needs of our four-legged family members. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone new. I’ll go out of my way to make them feel safe, loved, and right at home. Whether your pet is playful, shy, high-energy, or a lazy bones, I’m here to meet them where they’re at. Sofia is absolutely wonderful! She is consistent and reliable, and amazing with my skittish cats. She was even kind enough to drop in for an extra visit when my travel plans changed unexpectedly and I wasn’t able to make it home when I had intended. I can’t recommend her enough!
I have known Sofia for several years, and she is one of the most kind, thoughtful people I have ever met! She has taken care of my two cats on many occasions, and always goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy and well cared for when I am away. She consistently checks in with pictures to let me know how they are doing, and is quick to let me know if she has any concerns. She even took the time to earn the trust of my incredibly skittish rescue who absolutely refuses to come out from under the bed when company is over - I was amazed when she sent me a video of my scaredy cat purring and asking for attention after only meeting her a few times! Additionally, I have had the opportunity to see with what patience and love Sofia has treated her own senior pets. She always prioritizes her older dog's needs when having company over or making travel arrangements, and she went to incredible lengths to ensure that her elderly cat was comfortable in his last few months, completely rearranging her home and life to accommodate his growing needs. I cannot recommend Sofia strongly enough, and I know if you trust her with the care of your pets you will not be disappointed!
