I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and have had my own large Springador for 14 years that I grew up with, giving me extensive hands-on experience with dog care. As a large, energetic breed, he could be quite challenging at times, which has taught me patience, confidence, and how to handle dogs with different personalities and behaviours. I regularly walk my dog and am comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, whether they’re calm, energetic, or still working on their lead manners. Through years of training and caring for my own dog, I’ve developed a good understanding of their behaviour, safety, and exercise needs. I’m also a big cat lover. I’ve looked after a friend’s cat while they were away, ensuring they were fed, comfortable, and well cared for and I wish to have one later in life. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and treat every pet as if they were my own.
