My journey with cats started on the streets of Thessaloniki, Greece, where I spent years rescuing and rehabilitating stray cats and kittens. From nursing sick or injured cats back to health to finding them their "forever homes," I’ve seen it all. This hands-on rescue experience is actually how I met my own furry soulmate, Pipo, six years ago! Now based in the Lund/Malmö area, I dedicate my pet-sitting services exclusively to cats. I understand that cats aren't just "low-maintenance pets"—they have unique personalities, boundaries, and needs. Whether your cat is a social butterfly or a shy hider, I know how to approach them with the patience and respect they deserve. What I Offer: Expert Feline Care: Feeding, litter box maintenance, and plenty of play or cuddles (on your cat's terms). Home Care: I am happy to perform house checks, collect mail, and water your plants while you are away. Peace of Mind: You’ll receive regular photo updates of your happy feline friend.

Sofia took excellent care of our two cats when we were away one week this summer. (Drop in visits) She is very friendly and easy to deal with. Our cats love her and were very happy and content during the time she looked after them. We also got updates every other day with photos or films. We highly recommend Sofia if you need a pet sitter :)
I was nervous using Rover for the first time. My cat is not the easiest to handle, so I was hesitant. Sofia though put my worries to rest, and I thank her for that! It was clear that she knew how to read and handle a tricky cat. She was patient, calm and seemed that she had done this before, since my cat warmed up to her easily. Yummi was well cared and happy. She's definitely going to be my regular sitter from now on.

Schedule
I am currently a student at Lund University, and I will stay in Sweden during the Easter break, as well as in June and July. During these periods and all the weekends, I can take care of your feline family member/s full time. My weekdays are also flexible but require scheduling in advance.

My house is cat-friendly and there is even enough space to separate Pipo from your cat if they do not seem to get along (cats will be cats;)).
