I have volunteered extensively at my local animal shelter, where I gained hands-on experience working with dogs of all temperaments and energy levels. During my time there, I learned effective ways to provide mental enrichment, exercise, and positive interactions to keep dogs happy and stimulated. I am currently an Animal Science major, which has strengthened my knowledge of animal behavior, health, and proper care practices. I am passionate about providing safe, attentive, and compassionate care, and I treat every pet as if they were my own.

I have had my dog for 8 years, and two years ago, we welcomed a brother into our family. I devote most of my time to ensuring they are happy and safe, as they truly feel like my babies. I'm also majoring in Animal Science at Chico State, where I'm eager to deepen my knowledge and understanding of animals

Sofia has been great from the get-go! She responds quickly to requests, communicates well about her schedule, and is always on time. On top of that, she is very kind and caring with Gretel and Gretel’s humans. I can’t say enough good things about Sofia!

Schedule
I am currently working part-time which means I have availability every day! I will only be available in the afternoons on weekdays. On the weekend my schedule will vary.
