I’ve grown up surrounded by animals — from dogs and cats to horses, donkeys and goats — so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. With over 5 years on Rover and 170+ five-star reviews, I now care for dogs full-time across Chingford and the E4 area. I spend most of my days on structured, enriching dog walks and pet visits. I tailor every walk to your dog’s energy level and personality — whether that’s a calm neighbourhood stroll or a longer adventure walk in Epping Forest. I’m confident handling different temperaments and understand dietary requirements, routines and behavioural needs. After welcoming our baby 9 months ago, my partner joined the business and we work as a team. He is confident with larger or more boisterous dogs and those not used to children, while I focus on smaller dogs or dogs familiar with children. This allows us to provide safe, appropriate care for each individual dog. We are both fully insured and DBS checked, and we always follow owners’ routines and instructions carefully. You’ll receive regular updates and photos so you can feel completely at ease while your dog is in our care.

Sofia always looks after our baby Millie she's 6 but is our world ,We bever have to worry with Sofia as Millie settles in in no time at all she is always spoilt and given so much affection.its her holiday as well as ours .We are again away in July and wouldnt choose anyone else
Sofia did a 'drop-in' visit for our energetic, border collie, Pablo. This was at short notice whilst we went to a funeral. Sofia really gave us 'peace of mind' as she cared and played with Pablo when we could not be at home. The updates and photos were great too!
Sofia did a 'drop-in' visit for my border collie, Pablo. This was arranged at very short notice and Sofia came to feed and play with him. The photos and videos showed a very happy dog. We were able to enjoy our evening out, knowing how well he was being looked after.
Sofie has been brilliant with my dogs, and gave them all the care and attention that I would have. Site hound can be sensitive little souls, Sophia was patient and gentle with them. She is confident with both my girls, one of whom is lead reactive and the other is very timid. I would definitely recommend her.
Sofia was fantastic! We had plenty of updates throughout her stay and Rokka clearly had a great time. Sofia is a true dog lover and made her feel most welcome.

Schedule
Pet care is my full-time profession, so my daily routine is structured around dog walks and home visits across Chingford (E4). Weekdays are primarily dedicated to scheduled dog walks, with most availability between late morning and early afternoon — ideal for regular lunchtime walks. I offer both solo walks and carefully managed small group walks, depending on your dog’s temperament and your preference. I also provide pet drop-in visits in your home for feeding, companionship and routine care. Daytime pet sitting is available for shorter stays, but I do not offer overnight stays. My schedule is organised to ensure every dog receives focused, reliable care and consistent timing.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety is always my priority. Dogs are kept on lead unless you have explicitly requested off-lead walking and I am confident in your dog’s recall. Off-lead walks are only considered after we have completed several successful on-lead walks together, allowing me to build a bond and assess responsiveness in different environments. For all new dogs, I require a minimum of two solo walks before introducing them to any other dog or established walking group. This allows me to properly understand their temperament, energy level and behaviour, ensuring safe and compatible group dynamics. I take a calm, structured approach to handling and carefully manage every walk to ensure consistency, security and positive experiences for all dogs in my care. Many of our clients book recurring weekday walks for long-term reliability and routine, which allows us to provide consistency, clear communication, and calm handling for every dog.
A typical day
We are fortunate to be based in Chingford (E4), with easy access to beautiful green spaces and woodland routes, including Epping Forest. Each walk is planned around your dog’s individual needs and energy level. Dogs are safely collected and transported by car before heading out on a structured, enriching walk. I incorporate plenty of sniffing opportunities, varied terrain and mental stimulation to ensure dogs return home calm and fulfilled. If your dog prefers quieter environments, I carefully select low-traffic routes where they can walk comfortably with space. For confident dogs who enjoy water (with owner approval), there are safe woodland areas where they can splash and explore in a controlled way. I always carry treats (if permitted), long lines when appropriate, fresh water and all necessary safety equipment. My goal is to provide a balanced walk that supports both physical exercise and mental enrichment.
