Personally with my dog they’re out to potty every 30 mins-1hr, they are crate trained whenever we’re out for a long period of time. I spend a lot of time when i get home playing with them and giving them tons of affection. They get fed 2 a day, every morning (9am) and evening (5pm) so we definitely work on a schedule but I’ve had different schedules for all my dogs.

Schedule
I’m 23y/o I have an almost 2 y/o girl who also loves animals who I would prefer to accompany me since she’s with me the days I don’t work. We have a senior cat named Poe and a crazy 1 year old Aussie who keeps me on my feet we do daily walks early mornings and he gets fed twice a day. As for the cat he’s a lot more chill his play time doesn’t last too long he also gets fed twice a day.
