LOVED Sofia the first time she watched Willie (a year ago). She sent photos and videos and let me know how he was doing daily unprompted. I honestly am not sure how things went this time, on day 3 I asked if he was doing okay and she said yes and sent 2 photos. He came back with some food leftover (we had pre rationed food and left a printed instructional paper and have in depth account info). The toys we had brought still had the tags on in the bag when we picked him up. It may have just been an off week, I truly think she does a great job. I was just a little disappointed in the difference in service this time.

We were really excited to leave our 3 year old and 6 month old mini cavapoos with Sophia after so many positive reviews. However, when we arrived to pick up our dogs, Sophia had mentioned that Leo (our 6 month old) had peed in his crate. I was really surprised. He has been crate trained and potty trained for months. I figured he just maybe got excited when we arrived or something and peed a little. When we picked him up and got him in the car, we realized his little legs and stomach were covered in dried pee. His crate was not only wet, but completely drenched and stained all the way through. We got it home, took out the pad, and realized this wasn’t a one time accident, but appeared he had most likely been kept in there for probably long periods of time, and continued to pee in it over and over. We understand accidents happen, but this was like nothing we have seen from either of our dogs ever. The pad was so saturated and smelly, it was beyond just washing. We had to throw it away. Even had to wash the crate because there was dried pee all along the bottom of the tray. We came to the conclusion that he had to have been left in there for way longer than we requested he be. He’s stayed with other people before and has never had this happen. I felt so bad for him that he had to sit in that for periods of time. Needless to say, we are very disappointed with the way our dogs were cared for.

Sofía is amazing! Gunner loves her place and is always happy to be there. We will always use Sofia if we can !

Sofia was extremely flexible with allowing us to book with her last minute. She & her sweet family took amazing care of our Billie & made her feel right at home. The updates always made us smile because it was obvious she was being loved so well. We would absolutely recommend her for your pets care. Thank you Sofia!!!

Sophie was great Mozzy was in good hands. Sophia was also willing to work with us in accommodate our needs.

Sofia is great, it was my second time boarding my dogs with her and they both ran straight into her house as happy as can be.
