Hi! 😊 I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else — so my goal is simple: to make them feel safe, cared for, and genuinely loved while you’re away. I live in Eindhoven city center and truly enjoy having animals around me. I grew up in Spain with dogs; my Labrador Polo completely stole my heart 🤎 and since living away from them, caring for other people’s pets has become something I really value. I’ve now looked after dogs with very different personalities, and I always adapt to what they need — whether that’s lots of playtime, a calm environment, or just someone nearby. My goal is that they feel comfortable and at home, not stressed or out of place. All the pets I’ve cared for (and their owners!) have been really happy with my care, which honestly means a lot to me. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I always keep you updated with messages, photos, and quick replies. I have a flexible job, so I can work from home and be with your pet most (or all) of the time, or drop by during the day for walks and visits. I live in a spacious 70m² apartment with a secure terrace, and pets can relax wherever they feel most at home. Also, I live within walking distance (15mins) of a fenced dog park, and going is always an option! I’m happy to help with dog sitting (daycare or overnight), walks, and also other pets. Sofía was great with my doggo. As he is getting older, he can be fussy - but he always came home happy and relaxed after Sofía took care of him. Communication was easy and reliable, all went well. I can fully recommend her as an empathetic, reliable pet sitter. Thank you!
Sofía heeft al een paar keer op mijn koppige maar lieve beagle Suus gepast. Ik heb haar de sleutel van mijn huis gegeven zodat ze Suus uit kan laten, en haar ook een paar keer een dag of zelfs een nacht bij Sofía thuis laten slapen. Suus moet tijdens uitlaten goed in de gaten worden gehouden want ze eet echt alles van de grond, maar dit gaat bij Sofía goed. Ook is Suus wel eens tegelijk met een andere hond bij Sofía, en dit leidt ze ook in goede banen. Helemaal tevreden dus!
Ze is een lieve leuke vrouw. Komt haar afspraken na. Is zeer begaan met je hond. Is niet beroerd zich aan te passen aan de wensen van de baas. Is actief dus dat is voor de hond ook goed. Verder erg betrokken. Makkelijk te bereiken als er problemen of vragen zijn. Al met al n betrouwbare oppas. English version: She is a sweet, fun woman. She keeps her promises. She is very devoted to your dog. She is not averse to adapting to the owner's wishes. She is active, so that is good for the dog too. Furthermore, she is very involved. Easy to reach if there are any problems or questions. All in all, a reliable sitter.
We had such a great experience with Sofia looking after Rocket for a week in June! She was kind, reliable, and clearly cared about Rocket’s wellbeing. We felt comfortable knowing he was in good hands. Rocket seemed happy and relaxed when we came back, which says a lot! We’d happily have Sofia look after Rocket again and definitely recommend her.
She’s great with my dog Mordy. Very attentive, taking him on multiple walks a day and sending updates. He is very happy to stay over there too

Schedule
I have a flexible work schedule, and my office is 7 mins by bicycle from my home. This means that I am ready to take day cares, where I spend all day with them, but also able to come back and forth in case your pet has special needs or a routine.

Safety, trust & environment
I will always invite you over, so we and your pet, can get acquainted and so that I stop being a stranger. My flat is nice and spacious, I have hosted big dogs with a lot of energy, several times. We will go out as much as they need, and in the neighborhood there are 2 dog parks, in a 10-15 min walking range, where we can also go to have some fun times, if this is what your dog needs. But if what your dog needs is peace and cuddles, I am also a master in that! Some times, if I already know the dogs, and the owners accept, I host more than one dog at the same time.
A typical day
Once I get to know your pet, I will make sure to give them what they need. Lots of play and fun? Cuddles? Or peace and quiet and some occasional treat? I really love getting to know the personality of each animal, and adapt to them. Is there something you are working on, trying to teach them? Also happy to help with that 😊

- Beforehand I mostly need to know if they have any allergies or health perks I need to be aware of. Then, it’s all about knowing their routines and things they like, so they can be comfortable with me. Also, my work is flexible and I am happy to do day cares, but for longer stays (boarding more than 4 days) I would need to go to the office, meaning that then pet would need to be alone 8h occasionally. If they need medicine or something health related, during shorter time spans, that day I can come back and forth during lunch time only.
