Starting at an early age I have been caring and loving animals from my home, to volunteer work, and eventually to a professional level. I have experience working with animals with various behavioral, health conditions and other needs while establishing a very patient and gentle way of caring for them. I have been an animal care-taker on farms for various animals, worked with animals in shelters and most recently, a vet assistant for 1.5 years. My deep love and compassion for all animals brings me to naturally work with them so well and effortlessly. Being a life-long fur mama, you can trust your babies will be in the safest hands!

My services offer caring for your pets in your home. Based on your request and needs for your animals, I will fulfill all the care-taking needs. If your animal needs a little extra love and socializing, I will always provide that. Some animals can be unsure and nervous with new people, I am always aware of all behavioral signs animals give me when I need to respect there space and understand when they are ready to accept me as there friend. I never rush interactions and allow the animal to make their decision to approach me and will always provide a calm and friendly energy so that they can build their trust with me.

Sofia is one of the people I trust most with all my animals. She is very educated on the needs of animals and compassionate about their care. In addition to being a responsible loving caregiver, Sofia is able to connect with animals in a way that others may not. Animals love her just as much as she loves them! I would recommend trusting the care of your dog with Sofia as I have many times over.
Sofia was my employee at Summer Animal Camp at the San Francisco SPCA one summer. She was fantastic with our animals but just as fantastic with our middle school students. Sofia has wonderful animal and people skills. She even adopted out two camp rats at the end of the summer, and we don't just let them go home with anyone! If you are looking for a wonderful, kind and passionate person than Sofia is your girl!

Zeitplan
For the moment, my schedule is focused on animal care-taking. If you are looking for a regular or occasional pet sitter, I can be available. I do have a food business I am creating, so there may be some days or times of the month I am not available, but check my schedule and I know we can find a time and way to make it work for us both.
