Hi! I'm Sofia, a University of Michigan graduate and lifelong animal lover with over 12 years of experience providing dog walking, pet sitting, and boarding services. I've cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra patience and support. My approach is simple: I treat every pet like they're my own. Whether I'm taking your dog on a long walk, staying with them while you're away, or caring for them in my home, I focus on keeping them safe, comfortable, active, and loved. I'm happy to follow specific routines, provide medication, reinforce training, send updates and photos, and adapt to each pet's unique needs and personality. I have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and references available upon request. We also have a sweet friendly chorkie who enjoys meeting new friends. My family and I own our home in Ann Arbor with a big yard, and someone is always home, so pets receive plenty of attention, companionship, and care.

Safety, trust & environment
I care for all my fur babies as they were my own! I pride myself in establishing trust, especially with anxious dogs. In addition, I am very careful to dog proof my environment, keeping food and choking hazards out of reach at all times.
Pets
A typical day
When dog sitting, I pay special attention to the dog’s personality. If your dog is more active I like to take long walks, playing fetch, light training if needed, and make sure they sniff around new environments to make sure they are comfortable! If your dog is more on the mellow side I will give them lots of belly rubs and cuddles. I find that stimulation is very important for all dogs as a lack can often lead to hyper activity. For this reason, I try to introduce activities or games that keep them focused and entertained throughout their stay.
