I am an aspiring photo journalist + music journalist but am freelancing at the moment so I work as a barista part time. In other words, I have a pretty flexible schedule at the moment!

I completely understand you’ll need to know you can trust me before letting a stranger look after and care for your pet. I, as many people, consider my pet as part of the family and wouldn’t want an untrustworthy person with him either. So anything you need from me or wish to asses before giving me the gig i’m okay with :) If the service is needed in my home, my apartment is pet friendly, and I can certainly accommodate space for their bed, food, toys, etc.

I have no problem doing my best to accommodate the needs of your pet so long as you let me know in advance. I will always stay in communication and ask questions if I don’t know something.

As I mentioned before, I’m an overall active person. I take walks even when it’s not with pets, I really just like spending time outside in nature. so i out dogs, we will be outside frequently if they’re boarding or Im house/pet sitting. You can just let me know what your dog likes to do and we will do it! but of course I’ll incorporate some of my own creative play and always talk to them as if they were my homie :)

My name is Sofia and It would be my honor to give ur pet(s) some love, attention, and care when needed. I’m a huge animal lover, but I love taking care of doggos. I could never have one growing up so I took every chance I got to take care of one. I grew up with other pets such as rabbits and a cats. I currently have a 5 month old cat named Domino I rescued from the street. All to say, i’m well verse with many pets and their needs. I’m very responsible, love to be active, I workout so I have some overall strength. Walking them, playing, running, cleaning them up, I don’t mind doing any kind of reasonable activity with your pet. If there’s anything specific you would like me to do with your dog, just let me know and i’ll be happy to comply. I’m huge on understanding that every dog/pet has their own distinct personality so I always pat attention on the first encounter to give the best possible service. I can’t wait to have fun with your dog, and I hope you can trust me to do so :)

Sofia has been such a great help with my dog! Since I am not always able to be home she is the first person I call. My dog is blind from both eyes so she can not be left with just anyone because she is very anxious and sometimes needs help getting around. Sofia has been very patient with my dog and knows how to care for her. I’ve seen the way Sofia is with her and my dog feels safe and cared for whenever Sofia is taking care of her. It is not easy for my dog to feel comfortable with anyone who is outside of my family, but if it’s with Sofia she is. Sofia is a great person to dog sit and she fits all the qualities a dog needs to be cared for.
