I think it's important to know whether your pup likes to try and be a little escape artist and run out the door, or whether they have specific triggers that upset them. Just so I can be more prepared to give your babies the best care. I always like to check with my owners as well, to see if they have any particular rules for their pets. Such as not being on the couch or avoiding certain areas of the home! Most of the time your fur babies have enough change going on so if I can help keep things consistent, I’ll definitely try!

I love to snuggle and play with dogs and cats. My cat loves getting brushed and playing with his cat nip toys so that's definitely part of our day. My older dogs usually like to have a calm mellow day with a walk or two and lots of cuddles. My younger dogs love to play and run and jump as much as possible with me.

I myself own a female british shorthair kitty! As for my childhood babies, I have a yellow lab, an english bulldog, and a male british shorthair cat that reside with my parents! I worked at a veterinary hospital in high school where I earned my CVA Level I! I have worked with dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and more of all different ages and sizes. I have experience with medicating both dogs and cats. I also have experience working with elderly dogs and cats! I volunteered and was committee chair for a cat club rescue that assisted with baby kittens and helped bottle feeding them! I just graduated with my Bachelor’s in Animal Science Pre-Vet with a concentration in Companion Animals from Texas Tech University. While also working at a local veterinary hospital in Lubbock, TX as a treatment/room technician. When caring for your pet I will most likely ask for a detailed schedule of your pet's feeding/ medication regimen. I normally do daily updates throughout the time I'm with your fur baby! When caring for your pets I’ll make sure they receive all of my love and attention.

Sofi provided drop-in pet sitting services for our cat, Milo, while we were away, and we couldn’t have been happier with the care she provided. She was excellent at communicating throughout the entire time, regularly sending updates and photos that gave us great peace of mind. She completed all requested tasks thoroughly and even went above and beyond by helping with a couple of extra things around the house. Most importantly, she was incredibly gentle, patient, and caring with Milo, and it was clear he was comfortable with her. We highly recommend Sofi to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and attentive pet sitter!
