Information Smarika G. would like to know about your pet

Important information to know ahead of time about a dog includes their health status, temperament, exercise requirements, diet, and training. It's important to know if the dog has any health issues, allergies or requires medication, as well as their personality, if they're good with other dogs, children or strangers. Understanding their exercise needs and preferred activities is also essential to keep them active and happy. Knowing what they eat and how much is important to ensure they are properly fed, and to avoid allergic reactions or digestive problems. Lastly, it's important to know if the dog is trained or requires any additional training to prepare and avoid potential issues. By having this information ahead of time, you can ensure the dog has a comfortable and enjoyable experience, while also ensuring their safety and well-being.

A typical day

Usually when dog walking, here are some fun activities that I participate in: I start my day early with coffee and pastry at a dog-friendly cafe, then head to Battersea Park or Richmond Park for a long walk and some fun playing catch and fetch. Afterwards, I grab lunch at a dog-friendly pub, followed by browsing at a nearby dog-friendly market. Not only does this give our furry friend an opportunity to smell and explore some new places but it’s a great way to stretch my legs too! Then I end my day at a dog-friendly cafe for tea and snacks. Essentially, I believe that dog-walking is an excellent way to bond and make some unforgettable memories together!

Pet care experience

As a lifelong dog enthusiast, I've traveled the world volunteering and caring for pups. This has been for friends, family and neighbours in Hong-Kong, Nepal, Brunei and the United Kingdom! Additionally, for the past 2 years, I've been an active volunteer on 'Borrow My Doggy', where I've found great joy in dog-sitting and walking my furry friends. While I don't have any pets of my own, spending time with dogs brings me immeasurable happiness. Their energy, loyalty, and companionship are unmatched, and I'm committed to providing them with the best care possible. I have glowing references from trusted owners who can attest to my exceptional dog-sitting abilities, so you can rest assured your beloved pooch is in loving hands with me.

We have left our two dogs (a Puppy and an adult dog) with Smarika while sightseeing in London for Daycare on 2 days in a row. We met Smarika directly infront of HMS Belfast and infront of the Tower of London. Smarika took very well care of both, handled them professionally and was very receptive and caring regarding the needs of the dogs. While caring for the dogs, Smarika sent lots of pictures and information about the dogs wellbeing. Smarika is very trustworthy, polite and professional and satisfied our needs 100%. I would definitely recommend her to everyone who is looking for a loving care of their dog(s).

Smarika was brilliant - on time, super friendly and our new puppy immediately felt at home with her (despite this being his first time with someone else).
