Years of petcare experience under my belt, and continue to work with pets as a significant part of my life. I actively work on training with my own two reactive strong-pulling dogs, and I will happily take strong pullers, anxious, reactive or energetic pets, or just an "atypical" pet. I'm not scared off by scales, tails, or "too-many-legs."

I always familiarize myself with your pet before I start working with them. I like to make sure I have their trust before I just slap on a leash or just start invading their space. Sometimes pets need to warm up to the stranger in their home before that stranger can work with them, and it can be scary when their humans are away.

I had a great experience. Communication was easy from the start, and they were always quick to reply to any messages or questions. They went above and beyond my expectations, which really gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was clear they genuinely cared about my cat’s well-being, taking the time to ensure everything was just right. They were also consistently on time and very prompt, which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive pet sitter.
Sky was very personable and kind, and was able to watch over our cats upon fairly short notice. Her visit overviews were very detailed and the cats liked her.

Beware! We used Skyler for pet and house sitting for a one week vacation. During the first three days, we found that the ring doorbell camera caught that Skyler was visiting only once late at night (around 1:00 am), then leaving at around 6:00 am, and then not coming back until 1:00 am the next morning - which left our dogs alone for 17 hours each day with no meals or potty breaks. Once we texted Skyler on the third day and asked about it, he immediately ran over to the house within minutes, and then visits became at 8:00 hour intervals for the rest of the trip. We received no apology or acknowledgement of what happened. Also, we asked for the litterbox to be emptied at least once during the week, but we never got a text back about that either.

Programa
I'm currently working with dogs as part of my day job, but it's not quite full-time. My schedule is pretty well set, so I can easily set expectations for my availability and flexibility.
