Always looking for pets to love on!
I’ve been working with animals for a majority of my life. I have fostered dogs and cats from ARF (a local animal shelter) and also worked for my step-mom during the summers for her dog training/boarding business. In high school I had a job at Camp Bow Wow, a dog-daycare and boarding facility, for about a year and volunteered at an animal shelter in Berkeley. I have been taking pet sitting jobs here and there for my family-friends throughout the years and have been on Rover for over a year now. I’ve worked with all different types, sizes, and ages of dogs, and have taken care of kittens, as well as adult cats. Let me know if you think I’d be a good fit for your fur-babies!

I always to my best to accommodate to different animals needs. Whether that’s longer walks or mellow time on the couch, I’m happy to be there and help out however possible!

I contacted Skylar just a week before I needed five weeks of 2x a week dog walking. She responded quickly, and she showed up every day right on time. I have a 90 pound Doberman mix and she had no trouble with him. I am so grateful to Skylar for being so reliable and wonderful. A million percent recommend!

Skylar was amazing! I have three dogs, from puppy to old and grumpy, and Skylar took care of each other them according to their needs. She was responsive to my worried dog mom texts and sent photos updates of the happy monsters. She left the house in great condition and even handled the mountain of Amazon boxes that arrived while I was gone. 100% recommend.
Skylar was able to help us last minute to watch our puppy for a few hours. She arrived promptly on time, and was super friendly to our pup! She let us know how he was doing while we were out, which put us at ease. I’d recommend Skylar!

Schedule
Im currently a senior at UCSC with a part-time job, but my love for animals is still a prominent part of my life. I’m happy to drop in for company, feedings and walks whenever I can!
