Skylar and Trey are great! Cupcake gets excited whenever we pull into their driveway. Skylar is super responsive and sends pictures to me while I'm away. I highly recommend both Skylar and Trey.
We are not at all impressed with Skylar and Trey. I am shocked they have such good reviews. I paid more then I ever have ($900 for 10 days) and had a worse experience. They did not update us often and when they did it was either because I asked or they thought a blurry photo would make me feel better. My dogs don't go potty in the house (we had one situation where one of our dogs marked where other male dogs had) but we were told our other dog who has never had an issue had several accidents. We have used Rover before and have NEVER had that issue. Their post is also misleading, making you think one of them works full time from home when in reality it is only 2 days a week. It seems like my dogs were left alone often and not given much attention. When we picked them up one of our dogs had a open sore on his back by his butt that my husband noticed right away, but they acted suprised that it was there. They also both stunk horribly, we bathed them before we dropped them off and it is more then just a stinky dog smell. Finally, the schedule changes where very inconvenient, part of it was a misunderstanding on my part, but they changed both the drop off and pick up time from what we originally discussed and never changed it in the rover app. Overall, I would not recommend this service, especially for what they are charging. I have never had such a horrible experience with this app and will think twice about using it again after this. It's hard enough leaving your dogs but it's much worse when you feel they weren't taken care of!

This is our 3rd time leaving our pup here and it is a fantastic experience every time!
Skylar communicated well before the booking. However, despite Skylar's profile mentioning lots of playtime during the day, I am not confident that he wasn't left alone for 7 to 8 hours at a time. This was apparent on the day of pick up as Skylar was originally unable to meet between 8:00 and 4:30.
Skylar was great my dog had so much fun! He came home tired from playing. I would definitely reach out in the future for another stay!

A typical day is filled with fun, love, and plenty of tail wags! — whether that’s fetch, running around in the yard, or napping and being lazy! During the day, there’s time for naps and lots of belly rubs. I tailor each day to your pet’s energy level and personality, making sure they feel happy, safe, and well cared for from start to finish.
