I’ve grown up around a wide variety of animals, including horses, donkeys, ducks, chickens, geese, dogs, cats, gerbils and hamsters. I’ve also personally cared for more unusual pets, including a gecko, jumping spider and stick insects, giving me experience with animals of many different species and care requirements. Alongside my personal experience, I’ve cared for dogs through walking, pet sitting, and grooming. I’ve volunteered caring for dogs in a shelter abroad, and worked in a mobile zoo with a wide range of animals. These experiences have helped me become confident around different breeds, species and temperaments, and I always adapt my approach to each animal’s individual needs and body language. I hold Level 2 qualifications in Animal Nursing, Animal Management and Dog Grooming, as well as a Level 3 qualification in Dog Grooming. Luna & Sage Pet Care is now my full-time focus, allowing me to provide reliable, personalised care for pets and other animals. I’m also happy to discuss caring for additional pets in your home alongside your Rover booking, so please feel free to message me about your individual needs

I treat every pet in my care as if they were my own, with lots of love and attention. I’m mindful of routines, dietary requirements, preferences and behaviour, and I take the time to build trust with each animal so they feel comfortable and safe. I have experience caring for a wide variety of animals, from energetic dogs and nervous pets to cats, small animals such as gerbils and hamsters, reptiles, and larger animals including horses and donkeys. I understand that every animal has their own unique personality, so I adapt my approach based on their individual needs. I also love photography, so you’ll receive plenty of updates and photos while your pet is in my care, giving you peace of mind and a little window into what they’ve been getting up to.

we’ve used skye since orla was a early puppy and orla absolutely loves her we always know she’s getting played with and loved we get updates aswell which is so lovely, and always come back to the house exactly as we left it ( we of course don’t expect this orla can be very messy 😂) but it’s lovely that we do! highly recommend ❤️
Skye did an overnight cat sit with our cat Lilith for one night. Skye was communicative, sent photo updates and followed all instructions very well. I would recommend Skye for catsitting and would definitely rebook again. Thank you Skye!
We asked Skye to look after our dog who we haven’t had long or left yet and is very nervous, Skye was great and knew exactly how to take care of him. She was very lovely and reliable and would definitely ask her to sit again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We booked Skye really last minute, and she was so lovely to try fit us into her day even with plans in the evening which we are so grateful for! She was brilliant with orla knew exactly what she liked and took her to her favourite place! Highly recommended !

Luna & Sage Pet Care is my full time focus, allowing me to dedicate my time to providing reliable and personalised care for every pet. I offer a range of services and love getting to know each animal and their individual needs.

- I’d love to know everything important about your pet before caring for them. This includes their personality and temperament, daily routine, favourite activities, feeding requirements, any fears or things they dislike, medical conditions, allergies and any medication they may need. It’s also helpful to know how they usually behave around new people, whether they are indoor or outdoor (cats), and anything that helps them feel comfortable and secure. The more I know about your pet beforehand, the better I can provide care that feels familiar, safe and tailored specifically to them.
