Skye presented as a lovely person. No doubt she is. Skye immediately responded to texts. Was cheerful. I received photos from the dogs lying down, and photos appeared taken at night. Neither dogs' eyes looked calm. Communication was vague nondescript. And I initiated asking about them. This did worry me. I arrived home to an intact house (yay!) but a very bloated dog. After about 20 minutes we took our two dogs to a dog park and the bloated one had three large bowl movements. Two more later within the hour. This dog has acted odd all day. Reserved. Out of character. The second dog had two bms, which is also strange. He poops anywhere with anyone on a walk. He's 12. I know him. If he's in a backyard, yeah, he won't go. I explained that I typically take them to a dog park daily, and expressed the importance of exercise given that Skye didn't have access to take them to a dog park. While my house wasn't destroyed, my intuition is that the house was left by itself and dogs taken, or dogs were left alone without someone actually staying here (when I stripped the bed, pillows still smelled like laundry detergent). I want to give Skye the benefit of the doubt, but bc both dogs did no 2 immediately to the degree they did without communication coming from Skye and one acting strange...one of them is aloof which she never is. I can't comment with confidence the care they received.

Skye was incredible. So friendly and attentive! She took amazing care of our two dogs (and our house!) Added bonus, she took great pictures of our pups! They really seemed to love her, and I know we did!
