Hi there! It’s lovely to meet you! Here’s a little about my experience with animals! I’ve always loved spending time with animals, and I’ve had experience caring for dogs, cats, and bunnies. I had a bunny of my own back home for five years, and taking care of such a sensitive little creature taught me to be patient, attentive, and extra careful with animals. I used to spend about a year helping my friend care for their Labrador and I’ve also independently looked after my former landlord’s Pomeranian for about half a year. So I’ve had the chance to spend time with dogs with very different personalities and energy levels. To me, dogs are little friends, not just pets. I love getting to know each dog as an individual and learning how they communicate. I enjoy noticing their unique personalities, funny little habits, silly expressions, and all the little things that make them who they are.

Siyu’s one of my closest friends, and she’s honestly one of the sweetest and most caring people I know. She really loves animals and always enjoys spending time with them. She had a bunny of her own for many years and has also spent a lot of time taking care of a little Pomeranian. She’s super responsible, thoughtful, and always makes sure she’s prepared. She also has a background in education, so she understands how to interact with animals in a thoughtful and patient way. I know she’ll take great care of any pet and make them feel safe and loved. I’d definitely trust her with my own pet!
I highly recommend Siyu as a dog walker and pet sitter. She truly loves animals and has experience caring for both dogs and rabbits. Highly recommend! I’m Siyu’s former landlord and she lived with me for a while. She took great care of my cat, Dita, and my Labrador, Musashi during that time. Dita really loved Siyu and would often sleep right next to her. She also kept her litter box clean without needing reminders. Musashi is a very big dog, but Siyu had no problem walking him and taking care of him day to day. He responded really well to her and was always calm and obedient when she looked after him. She‘s caring, reliable and clearly has a natural knack for connecting with animals. I’d happily recommend her for pet care!

Schedule
I’m a freelancer, so I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the week. This also means I can spend plenty of time with your pet and give them lots of attention, care, and love.

I currently live alone in a pet-friendly 1-bedroom apartment in Midtown, surrounded by parks and trails that are perfect for both quick potty breaks and longer walks. For dog walking, I only offer one-on-one walks, so your dog will have my full attention throughout the entire walk. I also offer boarding and only take one dog at a time, so your pup will get plenty of one-on-one attention and care while staying with me. I’m happy to follow their usual routine and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I can’t wait to meet your furry friend and get to know them! Whether they want to go on an adventure, play around, or just hang out and get some cuddles, I’m happy to spend time with them!
A typical day
Tell me what your dog likes, and I’ll happily follow their lead! We can explore trails, visit a dog park, play fetch, or play with sticks. If they’re more of a homebody, we can stay in, play with their favorite toys or just have some cuddle time!

- For our first booking, I’d love to meet you and your dog beforehand if possible! What are their usual walking habits? How much energy do they have? How do they feel about other dogs and people? Do they have any fears, triggers, allergies, or things they’re not a fan of? What are their favorite activities, toys, or treats? And is there anything about their training or behavior that I should know about? The more you tell me, the better I can make them feel comfortable and cared for!
