Your Fur Babies Are My Fur Babies
A teacher turned office manager doing what she loves: taking care of animals and meeting their people. I have had dogs almost my whole adult life. My first one was an Australian Terrier and I got him as a puppy, the other two were older rescues. Both my shelter dogs had their issues coming to us, but with love and patience we overcame the obstacles. I have experience in handling both puppies and senior dogs and dogs that are reactive and/or timid. I listen to your instructions, since you know your pet(s) best. I am trustworthy and love animals. I always insist on a meet and greet before boarding with me for the first time. Everyone involved needs to be comfortable with the arrangement. I only have one pet or pet family at a time. They become members of our family and I will take care of your fur babies like they were my own. I find that you have to let the animals come to you, and take the time needed to create a bond. Every dog is a different!

We had such a wonderful experience with our Siru! She took phenomenal care of our dog and went above and beyond to make sure he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. This was our first time leaving him with a sitter, and she was so personable, kind, and communicative that she immediately put us at ease. She sent us lots of updates and adorable pictures throughout his stay, which we really appreciated and made being away from him so much easier. It was clear that she genuinely cared about him and treated him like her own. We came home to a very happy, well-loved dog! We would absolutely recommend her and will definitely use her again. Siru took great care of our high-maintenance Cavapoo, and she was excellent at following feeding instructions and providing Ruby with exercise, attention and affection.

Muffy, our 11-pound cockapoo, once again had a fun and active week with Siru. Muffy is always excited to see Siru, and Siru is great at brushing her out so her coat doesn’t get matted and keeping us updated with photos. Thanks, Siru!
Another great visit for Muffin at Siru's house. I'm not saying Muff, our 18-month-old, 11-pound cockapoo, didn't greet me enthusiastically when I arrived to pick her up after a five-day absence, but I could certainly tell he hadn't missed me all that much. And that's a really good sign that she enjoyed her stay with Siru!

Schedule
I am self employed and I can fit many new pet friends in my schedule. I do not overbook and will make sure I have adequate time to take care of your fur baby.

Safety, trust & environment
At the moment I only offer boarding in our home. We have a fenced back yard, a great neighborhood to walk in, and a park just a few yards away! I always insist on a meet and greet to make sure everyone involved is comfortable. I do not require pets to be crated at our home. However, I do so if requested.
A typical day
I love spending time with your pet. My dog guests get walked at least three times a day and they get as much snuggle time as they want. There are great paths all around us and a park very close by.
