Experienced care, dog friendly home
We have had dogs as a part of our life and integrate guest dogs seamlessly into our home. We have a larger fenced yard and doggie door into our home which is ideal for dogs to feel at home. My husband and I have flexible schedules, my husband often works from home and my office is close to home. We have a Gordon Setter to provide additional company for your dog(s). Sadly, our Irish Setter recently passed away 6/2024. As mentioned, we have a large fenced yard and doggie door with access to home. If you dog prefers crate we can accommodate. We always schedule a meet and greet at our home to make sure the dogs get along.

We asked Siobhan and Guillermo to watch out two dogs for a weekend. This was the first time away from home for one of our dogs since her adoption. They both did well. Right after arrival at their house, my dogs started to enjoy the scent of different dogs in their fenced yard under the redwood trees. It was like going to a dog park and socializing with different dogs. At pick up time, we asked Siobhan and Guillermo if they can care for them again on our next trip away from home.
Olive seemed very happy and relaxed when we picked her up. She enjoyed going to the park every day and playing with the other dog. Thank you G and Siobhan for taking such good care of our girl!

Schedule
Both my husband and I have had dogs since our youth. We often take our dogs to a local park where they can run off leash.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully fenced yard and we have dog-proofed it. We have lived in our house for 22 years and never had an issue with one of our dogs escaping. Please make sure your dogs have tags with phone number.
Pets
A typical day
We have a large yard so we like to make our dogs run and play. They have a lot of space to play. Sometimes we take the dogs to a local park or to the beach.
