Your Stay at Home Pet Mom
I have been caring for animals since I was 10 years old. I graduated from a Veterinary Assistant program in 2001. I am a volunteer at the BCSPCA 2 to 4 days a week and have been involved in several animal rescues. I have been a stay at home mom of humans and animals for 22 years but the human kids are growing up and moving on leaving me the time and desire to spend more time with animals. I am available to feed, walk, bathe and medicate your pets. I am able to take them to and from vet or grooming appointments and provide safe and loving care in your home. I enjoy taking dogs to the beach, trails, and neighborhood walks. Long hikes or short strolls. I am feline savvy as well and am comfortable with animals of all sorts. I have been happily married for 25 years and we own our own home in North Nanaimo. I am also an active and long term volunteer board member with the Nanaimo Minor Hockey Association. I am able to provide both personal and professional references upon request.

My number one priority is and always will be an animals safety and mental/physical well-being and happiness. I can accommodate any requirements you have for your fur babies. My animals are just as much my kids as my human children. To make sure I have the most knowledge possible on your pet(s), I provide an initial questionnaire as well as provide initial meet and greets to ensure we are all a good fit.

Very pleased with my experience with Siobhan, and lebron seemed sooo happy to spend time with her. Prior to her visit, she helped my dog to feel comfortable by popping over for a meet and greet, and even provided lebron with a delicious treat :) I absolutely loved getting pictures and updates during her visit. Siobhan also provided me with an extremely thorough visit card filled with information about her time spent with my dog. Thank you so much!! :)
Siobhan has watched both my dogs several times when I was travelling, she also did dog walking for me and still does, she’s never late and always has a great attitude and my dogs love her so much. I had a senior dog (15) who had seizures and dementia and my other dog has IVDD and a multitude of problems where she takes pain meds, eye drops, Benadryl for allergies and needs a lot of extra attention. I am so grateful to have found someone I trust with my dogs as they’re my everything. I have always found Siobhan to be a loving, kind and patient dog sitter/walker who I trust and can count on, and for that I am grateful.
Siobhan is a dedicated SPCA volunteer and is a true animal lover. There are very few people that I would trust to care for our dog and Siobhan is one of them. You're pet will truly be well taken care of by her.

Schedule
My availability is extremely flexible. I do not work outside of being a parent and my availability is quite open with some exceptions. I'm sure we could always make something work.

- As mentioned, I will provide an initial questionnaire to gather any and all information to best allow myself to provide the best and most comfortable experience for your fur babies. A meet and greet will also take place prior to providing services to make sure we are all compatible both people and pets. No parties are obligated if we aren't a "match".
