Pet Auntie! An honor & a privilege
Growing up in TX and visiting family in India, I've spent a lot of time with animal friends - dogs, cats, goats, cows, chickens, and sometimes horses and monkeys(!). I've been pet sitting on and off for most of my life. I'm EMT-certified (for humans) and just love creatures and critters of all shapes and sizes.

Safety, trust & environment
My sublease doesn’t allow pets, and I don’t love staying in someone’s home overnight when they’re not there for liability and safety reasons, but if you’re in dire straits we can definitely talk about it! I love going on walks and have a ton of energy, so I often feel like the doggos are taking me for a walk. Ha! We can talk about how much exercise they need, and where you prefer I walk them!!

Louie had an amazing time with Sindhu! She’s extremely conscientious and very responsible. I would not hesitate to recommend her highly to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy dog sitter. She clearly loves dogs and provided such a warm and playful environment for Louie. I will definitely use her again!
I’ve known Sindhu for many years and she’s not only a passionate dog lover, but she’s very responsible. Shes been helping me take care of my dog Tofu for a long time and I trust her wholeheartedly with him. I feel 100% confident when I leave Tofu in her care for extended periods of time of (which I’ve done many times). She loves dogs and has a lot of experience taking care of them. She’s the best!
Sindhu is excellent with my cat and dog! My cat is very particular, but Sindhu has always respected his boundaries and now my cat has started to trust her enough to cuddle up with her when she comes over. She is also so great with my dog, gives her ample attention and love. I can always tell that both animals are well taken care of when Sindhu visits. She is trustworthy and dependable and I can't recommend her enough!
I highly recommend Sindhu as a responsible and loving pet caregiver. I know her to be someone who cares deeply about the welfare of animals, and she talks about her love of them frequently. She would make a wonderful addition to Rover.

Schedule
I work part-time and live in Somerville (seasonal assistant coach for the Harvard Women’s Varsity Volleyball team until early December playoffs) and we usually have practices from 4-6pm and run film a few times a week during the day. Some weekends we’re traveling for away games. I’m happy to work out best times to drop by!
