I work full-time from home, which means your pup will have a companion and caretaker around almost all day. I take regular breaks throughout the day for walks, playtime, and cuddles — my own dog has always enjoyed this routine, and yours will too. I'm available for boardings on both weekends and weekdays, and I can easily accommodate feeding schedules, potty breaks, and any special needs your dog may have.

Your dog will feel right at home here. We have a spacious yard secured with an invisible fence, giving pups plenty of room to run and explore safely. My own friendly, well-socialized dog loves making new furry friends, so your pup will have a built-in playmate if they enjoy company (though I'm happy to keep dogs separated if preferred). Our home is calm, clean, and pet-proofed, and I'm attentive to each dog's comfort level — making sure they always feel safe, loved, and stress-free during their stay.

To make sure your pup has the best possible stay, I'd love to know a few things about them ahead of time: 🍽️ Feeding routine — What food they eat, portion sizes, feeding times, and any treats they're allowed (or not allowed!). 💊 Medications or health conditions — Any medications, dosages, allergies, or medical issues I should be aware of, along with your vet's contact information. 🐾 Daily routine — Their typical walk schedule, potty breaks, sleep habits, and any commands or cues they respond to. 🧸 Personality and preferences — Are they social or shy? Do they love other dogs, or prefer their own space? Any favorite toys, games, or comfort items you'd like to bring along? ⚠️ Triggers or fears — Anything that makes them anxious (thunderstorms, fireworks, strangers, vacuums, etc.) so I can help them feel safe and calm. 🚪 Behavioral notes — Are they crate-trained? House-trained? Any tendency to bark, jump, dig, or escape? Honesty helps me give them the best care! 📞 Emergency contact — A backup contact in case I can't reach you, along with your preferred vet. The more I know, the more personalized and stress-free their stay will be. I always encourage a quick meet-and-greet before boarding so your pup can get familiar with me, Shrek, and our home before their stay begins!
A typical day
A typical day with me is full of love, activity, and lots of tail wags! Mornings start with a potty break in our yard, followed by breakfast and some cuddle time while I settle into my workday. Since I work from home, your pup won't be left alone — they'll have constant company, plenty of belly rubs, and frequent check-ins throughout the day. We'll head out for a nice morning walk (Shrek and I average about 2 miles a day, and your dog is welcome to join!), followed by playtime in the yard with games of fetch, tug, or just zoomies on the grass. Midday includes another potty break, a refresh of fresh water, and some quiet time so your pup can nap and recharge. In the afternoon, we'll do another walk or yard play session, depending on your dog's energy level. Evenings are calm and cozy — dinner on schedule, a final walk before bed, and lots of snuggle time on the couch. If your pup loves company, Shrek is always happy to play with new furry friends, but I'm equally happy to give your dog their own space if they prefer solo time. Every day is tailored to your dog's personality, energy, and routine — because no two pups are the same!

I've been around animals since the day I was born and I'm a huge animal lover, no matter the species! Growing up, our home was always full of furry family members — at one point, we had 3 dogs and 2 cats all under the same roof. We started out with guard dogs and over the years transitioned to caring for small, medium, and large breeds. That lifelong exposure has given me a deep understanding of how different dogs (and cats!) think, play, and communicate, and how to create a calm, loving environment for multiple pets at once. Today, I'm the proud parent of Shrek, my 11-year-old Bichon Frise, who has been with me since he was a puppy. Together we've built a routine full of long walks, fetch, and lots of love. Beyond Shrek, I've cared for many dogs belonging to neighbors, friends, and family — handling everything from feeding and bathing to daily walks and playtime. I'm patient, attentive, and reliable, and I truly believe every dog deserves to feel safe and loved. Whether your pup is a playful puppy, a high-energy large breed, or a gentle senior like Shrek, they'll be treated like one of my own.

Sindhu was amazing with Boo. When we arrived for the meet and greet, Boo walked up on her porch, looked around and laid down- he was that comfortable in a few short minutes of being with her. Also, Sindhu sent me numerous pictures and updates on how he was doing. Boo loved being with her children and her Mom was super nice too! I could not be happier with the care he received and have already booked with her again! Thank you, Sindhu, for caring so well for Boo!
Sindhu and her family did a great job taking care of our Frenchie, Mojo, while we were on vacation. I got many updates with pictures which put me at ease knowing he was happy and well cared for. Great care and highly recommended!

We were in a pinch and needed a sitter quickly since our regular caretaker was unavailable. Thankfully, Sindhu and her family were available for a meet-and-greet, and it was clear from the start that Rocky felt comfortable with them. Their warm and welcoming nature put us at ease immediately. While we were away, Sindhu kept us updated with lots of adorable pictures that showed Rocky having a blast with his new dog friends. It was such a relief to see how happy he was! Sindhu was incredibly flexible when our flight was delayed, accommodating our changing pick-up arrangements without any hassle. It’s evident that Sindhu and her family genuinely care for their furry guests. They went above and beyond to ensure that Rocky was well-fed, comfortable, and showered with affection. We truly appreciate all the love and attention they provided, and we would not hesitate to book with Sindhu again. Thank you for taking such great care of our boy!
