Sniffing is brain work, and we take our time. 🏃 Faster-paced walks & runs: For high-energy dogs who need to burn off steam and come home happily tired. ☀️ Heat-smart care: I pay close attention to heat tolerance, pavement temperature, shade, and water breaks, and I plan activity and feeding times around them so your dog stays comfortable, safe, and well adjusted. Adventures Beyond the Block My car is equipped with a safety puppy seat, so if you'd like, I can take your dog on outings like hiking trails, nearby parks, or fun new places to explore. Just tell me what your dog enjoys, and I'll plan something that fits their pace and personality. Credentials and philosophy: I've volunteered at dog shelters (specifically on dogs with behavioral and medical challenges) since high school (for the last 15 years) and I've owned and trained 3 dogs (2 family, 1 my own) and self-studied dog behavior and nutrition! I'm really keen on making sure dogs feel many different sources of love, dignity and simple joys throughout their day.
